Grant is the founder of Kang Intellectual Property Law, LLC. He has been practicing law since 1992 and has been in private practice in the field of Intellectual Property Law since 1999.

Mr. Kim brings extensive international legal and technical experience to Kang IP Law. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in Daejeon, Korea, in 1993. In 1999, he was certified by the International Patent Training Institute, and was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar.

Greg Upchurch concentrates his practice in the areas of intellectual property litigation and licensing, as well as patent prosecution involving the electrical, mechanical, biomedical, and software fields. He is an adjunct professor at Washington University Law School, where he teaches Intellectual Property Litigation and Technology Licensing.

Tom is an accomplished lawyer who offers counseling and litigation in all areas of intellectual property law, which includes prosecution and licensing for patents, trademarks, and copyrights. An intellectual property lawyer with close to three decades of experience, Tom is admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri.
