Our attorneys are quite accomplished and skilled in intellectual property law.
We are fortunate to have two Korean patent attorneys at our firm. Stiff Korean examination standards limit the percentage of law students who can become patent attorneys in South Korea. Only eighty out of 6,000 students are permitted to pass the Korean patent bar exam. Those who pass have exceptional skills, demonstrating greater competence than many other patent attorneys worldwide.
Our other attorneys also have exceptional experience—one attorney has a Yale law degree, is an expert witness, has written extensively about legal matters, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 1997. Several of our attorneys are or at one time were adjunct law professors, and have AV-ratings, the highest peer review ranking from Martindale-Hubbell, which includes listing in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
